(More customer reviews)I've owned this for more than a year, and it has been totally trouble free. The install was pretty straight forward, and the water quality is excellent. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the first charcoal filter inline every three months, and the pair of charcoal filters every six. At a year the reverse osmosis filter is starting to clog, so it will be replaced next month. Overall I highly recommend this system.
