(More customer reviews)I purchased these instead of the GE WMF filter because the GE's were SOOO expensive. This is the first time I've purchased something other than GE filters. They work just fine. One thing I would say, though, is make sure you turn the water off to the frig before you change the filter. My husband didn't do that and we had a flood in the frig.

The O-ring fit the device it was designed to work in, thereby preventing a leak and a flooded basement.I recommend that if you need an o-ring and this is the size you are looking for, buy it...Buy it quickly....

(More customer reviews)I've owned this for more than a year, and it has been totally trouble free. The install was pretty straight forward, and the water quality is excellent. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the first charcoal filter inline every three months, and the pair of charcoal filters every six. At a year the reverse osmosis filter is starting to clog, so it will be replaced next month. Overall I highly recommend this system.
